Job Title Engineer-None-None Location Sheikhupura,PK Organization Name Workshop- FFT Job Summary Responsible for the supervision, technical guidance to the workshop craft sub engineers and all the aspects pertaining to the safe execution of all the activities under his domain. Maintain inventory levels of relevant material by indenting, technical review and Inspects receipt of relevant material Key Responsibilities Machining and manufacturing processes such as Lathe machine, milling machine, boring machine, drill machine and dynamic balancing machine. General maintenance, overhauling and testing of valves such as Gate, Globe, Check Valves Calibration and overhauling of Pressure Safety and Relief Valves Development of rigging plans, inspection and load testing of Mobile and overhead cranes Maintenance and overhauling of Automobile equipment such as Pay loaders, Emergency generators, mobile cranes etc. Candidates having experience of Gas genet maintenance will be preferred. Reverse engineering, drawing generation and its review of critical spare parts and their local development utilizing in-house and market resources Maintenance of refractory in Furnaces and boilers in a process industry Monitor inventory of essential spares under domain of workshop, initiate purchase requisitions, give technical review / approvals of quotations and arrange inspection of delivered material Required Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of materials, ASME standards, ASTM standards, PSVs calibration and valves testing standards. Knowledge of Cranes and rigging operations Knowledge of CMMS system such as Oracle Knowledge of Process Safety Management system and HSE best practices in a process industry is mandatory. Team leading, excellent communication and presentation skills, capability to effectively train the team members. Qualification & Experience .SC. Mechanical engineering, Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Fertilizer / Petrochemical or process industry with focus on safety and process hazards.
