Well-known leading FMCG is looking for suitable candidate for the following position.
DSO - Gujranwala.

Location : Gujranwala
Education : MBA/BA
Experience: 2 Years in Sales, Distribution Handling & Sales.
Job Responsibilities
· Achieve Brand/SKU sales targets monthly.
· Maintain a continuously updated sales dashboard by town/territory.
· Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territory.
· Ensure availability and visibility standards through DSRs.
· Ensure formation of PJPs & use Tools such as Google Maps to increase system efficiency.
· Discourage Easy Selling by ensuring DSRs serve each and every scheduled outlet as per agreed PJP.
· Conduct Morning & Evening Sessions with DSRs and monitor performance of town/Terr on daily basis.
· Keep regular track of Field KPIs (Penetration & Bill/Outlet Productivity, LPPC)
· Keep regular track of twice a week outlet.
· Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territories.
· Ensure that all Trade Offers and Wholesale Discounts are passed on to Customers.
· Competitors’ monitoring and feedback (trade offers, promotions, launch/re-launch)
· Conduct field coaching of DSRs during market visits.
· Ensure compliance against Company SOPs across the assigned region.
· Analyze and explore opportunities for Business Growth & Optimization
· Provide feedback to AM for Optimizing Trade Activities as per Trade Inputs.
