A well-known group in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Strategic HR Manager in Abu Dhabi
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Requirement:
Strong experience on HR Strategy for minimum 5 years
HR experience in Employee Relations, medical insurance, onboarding, offboarding, and staff welfare activities is a must.
Exposure and background experience in Health and Safety regulations, and labor camp accommodation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage corporate scorecards and align it with performance management, and ensure regular reporting is provided to management.
Identify legal requirements and government regulations (e.g. MOL, Immigration) affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with the same.
Ensure team is updated with the recent change in rules & regulations as set by government regularly.
Handle visa and government relations day to day transactions, which includes Trade license renewals or updates, pension fund management, ministry of labor and immigration requirements.
Ensure no penalty due to delay in submission of documentation from the team for any governmental activities.
Responsible for managing surveys – Employee, departmental, organizational satisfaction and any other survey as requested by line manager.
Pension record to be updated as per regulation. Timely addition & deletion of pension scheme from system.
Manage and follow up on employee legal cases as they arise and ensure their closure. Attend legal cases on behalf of HC team, if required.
Responsible in handling all HC policy, procedure and forms for both UAE and KSA team. Updating, reviewing the policies as per the requirement on regular basis.
Perform and submit periodic reports (weekly, monthly reports), HC project work, business tenders and acquisitions, and additional tasks/duties as deemed fit by the by line-manager.
Responsible for appropriate communication within departments and HC team. Ensuring each involved parties in any concerned processes are aware of the update and progress.
Maximize efficient use of HRIS (human resources information system) that meets department automation requirements. Initiate SAP developmental ideas for improvisation of processes and time productivity of team.
Responsible for ensuring the delivering of monthly payroll transactions, Compensation & benefits administration, leave management and final Settlement. Ensure smooth exit of employees without any delay and maximum satisfaction of exiting staff. Ensure final settlement is released to staff within 15 calendar days
