A colleague is looking to hire a Manager HR, Admin & IR for a plant based in Lahore. The person should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 2 to 4 years of experience of leading the HR & Admin Department for a manufacturing setup. Hands on experience with managing Plant Admin and IR is must. Prior experience of dealing with statutory bodies is also a must. Mandatory: 10 to 12 years with 3 years of working in a senior role of leading the HR & Admin Department for a plant.
